Contest Rules and Regulations
1. "Contest Organizer" as referred to herein, means Ambassatours Gray Line Inc.
2. An entry ballot will appear in our brochures and website, www.ambassatours.com. Completed entries can be mailed to or dropped off at: Contests, Marketing Director, Ambassatours Gray Line, Halifax, NS B3K 4T7. Entries must be received by the deadline noted on the ballot and website, or will be void. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, late or delayed entries.
3. Prizes will be awarded as listed on the website.
4. A random draw for the contest prizes will be made by the Contest Organizer as per the draw dates listed on the ballots and website. The winner will be drawn and contacted by phone or e-mail.
5. Employees and immediate families of the Contest Organizer, and their representatives and agencies, are not eligible to win.
6. The winner must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question. In the event that skill-testing question is incorrectly answered, further random draws will be made until the skill-testing question has been correctly answered. If the selected entrant does not respond within 3 days of selection, the prize will be forfeited and another random draw will be made from all eligible entrants.
7. Only original entry ballots from our brochures or website entry form will be accepted. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of Prize will be permitted.
10. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
11. By entering the Contest, the winner agrees to allow their name to be used for publicity purposes by the Contest Organizer, without further compensation.
12. The winner and contest entrants agree that the Contest Organizer shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in the prize.
13. All decisions of the awarding body are final, and each contestant by entering the contests acknowledges having read and accepted the Rules of this contest, which shall be final and legally binding, in all matters relating to this contest.
14. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to modify the contest, prizing or these rules at any time without notice.
15. All entries from the contests become the property of the Contest Organizer and no correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.
