A Taste of Ireland

Depart Chicago, USA for our overnight flight to Ireland.
 

Arrive in Dublin
After arriving in Dublin we visit The Guinness Storehouse, located in the heart of the Guinness Brewery. Try a pint of Guinness in the Gravity Bar with a magnificent view of this historic city. Dubling touring
We enjoy a panoramic tour of the major sites of Dublin. We visit St Patrick's Cathedral and Trinity College to view the incredible Book of Kells. The afternoon is free to explore on our own. This evening we enjoy dinner with Traditional Irish entertainment. Camden Court Hotel — Dublin

Wicklow Mountains - Glendalough - Waterford
We travel through the beautiful Wicklow Mountains to Glendalough, the ruins of a 6th-Century monastery. We stop at the Avoca Weavers for lunch on our own and continue to Waterford to tour the Waterford Crystal Factory and shop the showroom. Granville Hotel — Waterford

County Cork - Blarney - Killarney
Traveling into County Cork, we tour the Midleton Distillery before traveling on to Blarney to visit the Woolen Mills and for a chance to kiss the Blarney Stone. After lunch on our own, we continue on to Killarney where we stay 3 nights. Dromhall Hotel — Killarney

Ring of Kerry touring
Today, we travel around the “Ring of Kerry”. The roads are narrow and the views spectacular. We visit the Victorian Muckross House located on the Lakes of Killarney. This evening we can enjoy all that Killarney has to offer. Dromhall Hotel — Killarney

Killarney & Dingle Peninsula
This morning, we enjoy a horse and jaunting car ride into Killarney National Park. Then we board our motorcoach for our trip out onto the Dingle Peninsula where we find incredible beauty. We return to Killarney later this afternoon and the rest of the day is free to explore Killarney on our own. Dromhall Hotel — Killarney

Adare touring
We depart and travel to the picture postcard village of Adare, which is one of Ireland's special places, with thatched roof cottages and Tudor style houses, beautiful gardens and ivy clad medieval churches in beautiful surroundings on both sides of the street beside the river Maigue. We visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. This 11th-century castle has been restored to its former medieval glory. In the surrounding area is a folk park where we can see people working as they would have in the 1800's. We enjoy a Medieval banquet and entertainment this evening. Bunratty Castle Hotel – Bunratty
