The guys who take care of business! Of course, we all do that, but these people work mainly “behind the scenes” to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
Dennis Campbell
President Dennis is President of Ambassatours Gray Line. He went on his first tour at age 7, guided his first tour at age 14, and started Ambassatours at age 16 in the mid 80's. Dennis loves focusing on profitable growth and development for the company. Administrative Assistant When it comes to administrative work, Krista runs a tight ship. Reservations Department
Although you may never actually meet any of these people in person, each is the friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone when you call in for information or to book a trip. They handle the promotion, sales and booking of the company's products and services; provide you with travel information, itineraries and prices; counsel you on terms and conditions, book reservations, send out confirmation notices, process payments and refunds.

Operations Coordinator As Sales Operations Coordinator, Linda ensures everything on your tour runs according to schedule so that you will get the most out of your time with us. In between the scheduling, briefing and payroll for our Tour Operations, she is responsible for the operations for our Outbound, Receptive, and Series Tours. Charter Department
With 15 authentic British double-decker buses, 2 vans, 32 highway motorcoaches, a business class and executive motorcoach and a handful of mini buses, you can be sure that Ambassatours’ charter team is kept busy year-round. In addition to maintenance, driver training and charter bookings, there’s plenty more this department is responsible for.
Jack Smellie

The cruise and sightseeing department is run by people who go all out to make sure you have everything you need for a memorable tour and vacation in Atlantic Canada.
