Day 1: Arrive Winnipeg

Upon arrival in Winnipeg you will check into the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel located at the Winnipeg Airport.

Day 2: Churchill

Check-in early this morning for your northbound flight to Churchill, located on the shores of Hudson Bay. Upon arrival you will be met by your Naturalist Guide and taken on a Cultural and Historical Tour. Highlights include Cape Merry, the Port of Churchill, and the Polar Bear Compound. The remainder of the day is free to visit the Eskimo Museum, shop for local souvenirs, or sample a fresh pastry at Gypsy Bakery. Experience the local cuisine at one of the town’s restaurants for dinner this evening. Your guide will provide recommendations.

Day 3: Churchill

The Polar Bears! Every autumn, these extraordinary animals prowl along the coast of the Hudson Bay, anxiously waiting for the sea ice to form. Once the bay freezes over, the bears move out onto the ice and spend the winter hunting seals. From the security of the giant Tundra Vehicle you will capture the first sightings of these magnificent creatures. Don't forget your extra film! An early dinner has been arranged, prior to transferring to the Churchill airport for the evening flight return to Winnipeg. Upon arrival, you will again check in to the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4: Depart Winnipeg

Your tour concludes following check out from the hotel.
