Wine Enthusiast Tour

Saturdays in October (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st)

About This Tour:

You might be surprised to learn that Nova Scotia's rich tradition of growing grapes for wine dates back over 400 years, making the Province one of the first areas to cultivate grapes in North America. The distinctive climate, soil conditions and surrounding landscape, make for unique and distinctive grape varietals unlike anywhere in the world.

We invite you to share our passion for Nova Scotian Wines by joining us on a Sommelier-guided tour of three local wineries in our region. You’ll travel by bus from one of three convenient pick-up locations, visit three very distinct wineries, enjoy lunch made with the freshest, local ingredients and discover for yourself why Nova Scotian wines have been awarded over 200 international and national awards.

Discover and savour new experiences while tasting some of the Canada's most celebrated wines. Please join us!

We encourage all passengers to be sun-safe: apply sun protection, bring along a light layer (jacket, sweater), and a hat before traveling on the Harbour Hopper Tour, especially on days when our Harbour Hopper tops are retracted. We love when the sun is out and shining but to some passengers, it can make the journey a little less comfortable. Wheelchair Accessibility:

We are devoted to providing guests with the best tour experience so we recently introduced a new Harbour Hopper which is capable of accommodating one wheelchair user per tour. To ensure the schedule reflects the additional time required to load and unload, and that properly trained staff are scheduled for the tour, we require guests who require the service to provide us with 24 hours’ notice.
