Terms & Conditions

‍By submitting this request for assistance and in consideration of being approved for participation in this program, you agree to the following terms:
‍Participant Responsibility:
You, as the Participant, shall be solely responsible for your safety and well-being during the Trip, except in instances of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by any person under the direct supervision and control of Ambassatours Gray Line.
‍Release and Indemnification:
You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ambassatours Gray Line and its representatives from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, actions, claims, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) that relate to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with the Trip. This indemnification excludes instances of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by any person under the direct supervision and control of Ambassatours Gray Line or its representatives.
‍Waiver of Claims:
You waive, discharge, and relinquish any action or cause of action against Ambassatours Gray Line that may arise from the conduct of any person under the direct supervision and control of Ambassatours Gray Line or its representatives, resulting specifically from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
‍Amendment of Terms:
The terms and conditions outlined in this Request may only be amended with the prior written consent of Ambassatours Gray Line.
