During the transition from land to sea, you may feel some splash from the water.
We run rain or shine. Occasionally wind will impact the safety of going on the water. In this case we will reach out to you prior and provide an option to rebook or a full refund.
We do not allow pets or other animals on board however, we most certainly do allow certified trained service and guide dogs on the Harbour Hopper.

Note that windchill and water temperatures make the tour 5-10°C cooler than the stated temperature on weather apps. Always dress warmer than expected.
