1. You can purchase an Ambassatours Gift Certificate anytime, from anywhere, right from the Ambassatours website. Purchase Gift Certificate Here.
2. There are two types of gift certificates available. You can either choose a gift card with a set amount and let the recipient decide which tour to enjoy or you can pre-select the specific tour you’d like to gift.
2. The value of an Ambassatours Gift Certificates can be used towards ANY of our tours. For example, if you receive/gift a Tall Ship Silva Cruise, the value of the gift certificate can be instead used towards a Harbour Hopper Tour. Please note: if there is a difference in price between the tours, you will have to pay the difference if the gift certificate does not cover it.
2. Gift certificates CANNOT be used to purchase merchandise in store or onboard.
3. Give now, go later! Our gift certificates NEVER expire. Take the time to plan out the perfect adventure!
5. During the purchasing process, you will have the opportunity to personalize your gift certificate to curate a unique message for the reciever.
6. On the gift certificate there will be a code provided for the recipient to use when booking their tour. You need to keep in mind that anyone who has access to the code can use it. So, it's up to you and the receipient to keep the code secure.
7. Lastly, it's important to note our gift certificates cannot be refunded (even if it's lost or stolen).
