What is your refund policy?

We’ll offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24-hours before departure. If your plans change within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour (subject to availability). In the rare event that Ambassatours Gray Line must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook a tour.

Do I need to book in advance?

Booking in advance is highly recommended as tours can sell out, especially during the summer.

How long is the McNabs Island Round Trip Cruise?

The entire experience will take 3.5 hours. 30 minutes to get to the island, 2.5 hours to explore the island, and 30 minutes to get back to the Cable Wharf.

It is a 30 minute boat ride to get from the Cable Wharf (the departure location) to McNabs Island.
