We’re excited to announce that three of our most popular tours now offer multilingual audio through the AudioMe app, with narration available in seven different languages. This makes our experiences more accessible and welcoming to visitors from around the world.
What is AudioMe?
AudioMe is a free, easy-to-use mobile app that provides GPS-triggered audio commentary throughout your tour. As you move along the route, the app automatically plays location-based audio clips — allowing non-English speakers to follow along with the live tour narration in a language they’re comfortable with.
It’s a simple way to make the experience more inclusive, while still enjoying the same stories, history, and fun facts along the way.

3. Hop On Hop Off City Tour
How It Works:
1. Download the AudioMe app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app, select your city (Halifax), and choose your tour (Harbour Hopper, Georges Island, or Hop on Hop off).
3. Plug in your headphones, and the app will play guided audio as you travel along the Harbour Hopper Tour or Hop On Hop Off City Tour route. The Georges Island audio me tour is self-guided so once you arrive on Georges Island, select start tour and follow along.
