Ambassatours Gray Line no longer accepts cash payments for any in person bookings or at our bars on our vessels. VISA, Mastercard and Interac are accepted at all locations.

Booking in advance is highly recommended as tours can sell out, especially during the summer.

Unfortunately due to the requirement of stairs to reach the seating area and other facilities on the boat, it is not wheel chair accessible. Alternatively, our Harbour Hopper vessel is accessible for one wheel chair per tour.

Advance booking is required to guarantee your space. Secure your reservation by booking a specific day, departure time, and tour.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are forbidden on all vessels.

We’ll offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24-hours before departure. If your plans change within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour (subject to availability). In the rare event that Ambassatours Gray Line must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook a tour.
